Service

1. What the App does

Offline-first invoicing: create invoices and estimates, manage clients and catalog items, generate PDFs, and export JSON backups and CSV spreadsheets. All data is stored locally on your device.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own business purposes, subject to Apple App Store / Google Play terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by the applicable store terms.

3. Pro purchases and subscriptions

• Pro may be offered as a one-time lifetime unlock and/or auto-renewing subscription (e.g. monthly/yearly), as shown on the paywall at purchase time.
• Payments are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) via RevenueCat. Prices include applicable taxes and vary by region.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, via your Apple ID / Google account settings.
• Lifetime purchases grant perpetual Pro access tied to your store account, usable on devices signed into that account.
• Restore purchases is available in Settings; use it after reinstalling or switching devices on the same store account/platform.
• Refunds are governed by Apple / Google refund policies — we cannot issue store refunds directly.
• If store terms conflict with these terms on billing, the store terms prevail.

4. Your data — your responsibility

• You own the data you enter. We never see it (see Privacy Policy).
• Back up regularly (Settings → backup/export). Import replaces local data after confirmation — verify backups before importing.
• Uninstalling or wiping your device without a backup permanently loses data.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, client details, taxes, and amounts you issue (see Disclaimer).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes; create fraudulent or misleading invoices; infringe others' rights; attempt to bypass purchases or tamper with the App; or misuse the App in a way that harms others or violates store policies.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, templates, and bundled assets belong to Chronos Labs (or licensors). Your business content remains yours. Feedback you send may be used without obligation or compensation.

7. Availability and changes

The App works offline and requires no account. We may update, modify, or discontinue features to fix bugs, comply with law, or meet store requirements. Pro features you already paid for remain available per store purchase records; subscription features last for the paid period.

8. Third-party services

Purchases (Apple/Google/RevenueCat) and system features (share sheet, contacts, camera, file storage, store review prompt) are governed by their providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. See the Disclaimer for tax/accounting limitations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronos Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the App. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App anytime (delete/uninstall). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or store policies. Sections 6, 9, and 10 survive termination.

12. Changes to these terms

Updates will be posted at chronos-labs.tech/invoicemaker/terms-of-service with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
