1. Not professional advice

The App is a record-keeping and document-generation tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Reports, revenue trends, aging breakdowns, totals, and tax fields are informational estimates based on data you enter. Consult a qualified accountant, tax advisor, or attorney for your obligations.

2. Accuracy is your responsibility

Verify every invoice and estimate before sending: client details, line items, quantities, rates, discounts, taxes, currency, payment terms, and business/registration numbers. We are not liable for errors, omissions, under- or over-charging, rejected tax filings, or late payments.

3. Tax compliance

Tax rules vary by country, state, and business type (GST, VAT, sales tax, etc.). The App does not determine which taxes apply to you, nor does it file or remit anything. Confirm rates, invoice requirements, and record-keeping duties with your tax authority or advisor.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device/printer, acceptance of PDFs by any authority or client, or that features meet any specific business requirement. The App is provided "as is" (see Terms §9–10).

5. Third parties and external content

Guides, templates, messages, and presets in the App are general examples, not tailored advice. Apple/Google/RevenueCat billing, system share targets, and cloud/email providers you send exports to are outside our control and under their own terms.

6. Backups

You are solely responsible for keeping backups of your data. Data loss from device failure, uninstallation, failed imports, or accidental deletion is not recoverable by us — we hold no copy.
